I’m a free man (or at least for now)!

By now, most of you have heard the news, but I was released on bail at about 9AM yesterday morning. I’d like to start off by thanking everyone who has supported me, and to point out how grateful I am to Jackson West of the SFist, as well as Megan from the Grand Jury Resistance Project and anyone else who has been posting to my website as Liz. And thsoe who’ve put together such a kick-ass wiki.

Liz, my mom, started posting at first; but not being a blogger herself, and not the most computer savvy person in the world - she quickly decided this task could best be handled by some of my other supporters. My my has been a great help through all of this.

I’d also like to thank everyone who donated to my legal fund, and to those that sent me letters as well as those who spread the word by blogging my case or even just by talking about it with your friends and loved ones. I’d like to thank those who put me in my prayers. And of course, the Academy… all right just kidding on that last one.

And, although none of my fellow inmates will likely be reading this, I’d like to thank all of you guys in Unit J2 in Dublin, over the past month you guys have become some of the best friend’s I’ve ever had and were totally there for me. I wish you all the best.
